Community Engagement begins for Emyvale Community Hub
Community Engagement Session 01 held on June 4th.
As the design for the new Community Hub in Emyvale begins to take shape, we are pleased to share that community engagement is now underway. Working with Monaghan County Council, we are moving into the next stage of the project, with local input helping to inform the developing brief and design direction.
The project will transform the former “Red Boy’s” building on Main Street into a new civic and social space for the village, creating opportunities for community activity, learning, gathering and connection. Located beside the Mountain Water River at the southern entrance to Emyvale, the scheme represents an important opportunity to reimagine a prominent historic building and strengthen the public life of the village.
Engaging with the local community is a key part of shaping a project of this nature, ensuring the future hub responds to local needs and reflects the aspirations of the people it will serve. We look forward to continuing this process over the coming months as the design develops.
